It's a very select group of individuals who can pull it off. My friends tried and was sent on their way within 10 minutes. Unless the therapist is just interested is cashing out on the prank it may not go as intended
This would be hilarious.
You can even say "Sometimes it feels like you do not even know me at all!" In the sessions
Following up with an "You're right, I don't know you"
show up with a different date to each session and act like it's the same person
"I don't know, you changed so much it feels like you aren't even the person I started dating ~~last week~~ long ago"

The therapist would probably care little, you are still paying them. Maybe they would even try to see how long it takes you to notice that they already know and just doing it because they keep getting money
As a therapist, I would immediately notice, but would instead use the opportunity to work through their need for attention from strangers and why they use pranks and humor to hide their true emotions. They're still paying me to help them, so I would. "Why do you feel like you need the excuse of a third person to dare going to therapy?"

Couples therapy in my area would easily cost about $150/hr.
Cheaper than dinner at a fancy restaurant.
Edit: schedule date. Meet at coffee shop. Book a 1 hr appt. Spend the hour. Hit a bar with date to laugh/cry over drinks.

I'm a bit sick of how there are only like 9 bios in all the dating apps. This one is number 6. No creativity, no information about yourself, just copy something funny you saw somewhere.
