(yes)I went to Millennium, a fancy vegetarian restaurant in San Francisco (now it's in Oakland) with a friend's wealthy dad, who treated us. It was about $200 for the 3 of us. The food was good, but not good enough to go back. Just give me a $5 bean and cheese burrito, please

"The Dispossessed" by Ursula Le Guin does a lot of world building (in short, anarchist separatists fled Earth to terraform the moon to be barely hospitable) and a fun glimpse into a would-be anarchist society
