It feels like Noel Fielding may once have seen this picture, and decided that woman is his spirit animal.
I thought of Noel when I saw her.
I want to be friends with her. She seems fun.
If you ask her - "The Beatles or The Stones?", she's liable to go for The Kinks instead.
She's in her sixties now
This could easily be an album cover from the 80s indeed.
What are the pink flowers a few people appear to be wearing?
I though poppy at first but they look more pink than red.

Never heard these simple words in that order.
Wikipedia says that Americans’ Veterans Day is called Remembrance Day—and less often Poppy Day—in the Commonwealth, and that many wear red flowers—often artificial—in observance.
Could be red plastic flowers reflecting sunlight and washing them out.
