To ensure the best possible service bla bla bla bla please list a ton of details about your computer. Please try these things first:

  1. Restart your computer
  2. Restart your router
  3. Waste some more time
  4. Update your OS to the newest version
  5. Disable your antivirus software
  6. Hell, we know the bug is on our side but I'm getting to paid to act like it's not

why didn't they just type that into a search engine and get the answer? ...or prompt it to an AI? or deliberately claim something wrong so someone would correct them?
