Attack the eyes
It is nearly that easy. You follow the instructions given https://geti2p.net/en/download/debian and have I2P running.
The steps are:
- install PPA (not uncommon OBS has the same installation method)
- apt-get install i2p i2p-keyring
- start i2p
sudo dpkg-reconfigure i2p - Open http://127.0.0.1:7657/ to configure i2p (optional)
Once qbittorrent has stable I2P support, then blocking sites like megaup and 1fichier will be completely useless. People will just download I2P and qbittorent, find a tracker on the darknet, and start downloading.
Wouldn't surprise me if we were to see the rise of emule,DC++, and similar stuff over I2P.

You're interpreting too much into it. It's just a "NO U!" response.
And I would interpret it differently: society is so bad that it makes people hate themselves for who they are.

This is only news because it's an AI car. Were it a human, it would be a youtube video with a title "stupid drivers". Nobody would be calling to "regulate human drivers" or "ban all human drivers from driving cars".
In the cases where there are no AI cars but humans getting stuck in the concrete does that mean we should ban all humans from driving cars?
