Even successful companies themselves take care in not putting all eggs in one basket on anything they do. Having alternatives is a life saver. We should ensure that we have alternatives too.
The fediverse is formed by a lot of servers that contain each communities. Each server still has some room for their own ways of doing things, so there can be nuances to be paying attention to.
I don't like ads, but for paywalls I just close the page like it was a 404 error.
I'm trying to find it but I don't see it.
It is something that I always wanted because I'm paranoid of extensions hiding tabs in the background and I'm always trying to avoid it.
Edit: Apparently it is just the old tabs menu near the close button that now is also showing the hidden tabs?
So easy you could make that complex visualization without any effort.
I don't think that's exactly right. to create a plane you only need 3 points and 4th point can be on a different height than that plane. A different thing is when the ground itself is uneven and you manage to make both fit to the same shape.
One mnemonic is to imagine yourself opening a jar.
