As a gay Californian, I took prop 8 personally. I spurn its supporters as I would spurn a rabid dog.
The legitimacy of SCOTUS, and the federal judiciary in general, hangs by a thread. It needs to be reformed, and the current justices need to retire, in order to restore any semblance of public confidence.

I have no sympathy. Companies that require class action waivers and mandatory arbitration clauses don't get to complain when thousands of people file arbitration claims simultaneously.
