My mom was still paying for dial-up AOL in 2016. She had been paying them $20 a month for over a decade while having high-speed internet that she was also paying for.

When I asked her why she didn't cancel it, she said she would lose her email.

So I canceled it because AOL provides free email because they make money off of the ads.

Reddit sold whatever soul it may have had to the devil, as does every company that goes public.

It's literally taking our words and our conversations and using them to train an inhuman computer system to sound more human.

And we are not allowed to say no.

It doesn't get more devilish than that on the internet.

And of course, I deleted my account when this whole debacle happened, but I'm sure they're still taking all of my old comments and selling them to any person with a dollar.

They've made it incredibly clear that anything you post on their platform is theirs, and if they do something you don't like you can go fuck yourself.

Fuck Reddit.

https://physics.stackexchange.com/questions/715701/how-hot-can-steam-be

Apparently 3,000 C might be the limit, but idk.

I don't trust it entirely because it is a stack exchange website, there's not any hard evidence to back up the claim.

Some part of me believes that water cannot get so hot that it would cause metal to Glow.

I would be happy to be proven wrong.

I mean, unless you're saying that the pipe is heating the water inside of it? Which at that temperature that water would be expanding to over a thousand times its size and would probably blow that line to smithereens.

I bet there's probably some sort of energy improvement for the orbits to roughly line up the way they do, sort of how geese will fly in V formation.

Yeah if you're going for trying to get the most bang for your buck, you could consider getting a match set of either 4x8 gig or 2x16 gig ram, an i7 8700 flavor CPU, and upgrade the graphics card from your 1070 to a 3070 or even a 4060, and put in a nice two terabyte SSD

That would probably run you in the neck of $500.

If it's helpful and you want to stick with prebuilt I saw a $900 computer at Costco that had an i7 14700, 32 gigs of ram, a 512 gig SSD and a 4060 in it.

If 900 is too much, consider going to your local pawn shops. A lot of people have been all floating their 10th and 11th gen computers with 3070s in them and I've seen them for sale for sub $500.

You can also find a cheap laptop with like a 7th gen Intel or newer processor and use that with a wireless keyboard and mouse and an HDMI cable.

Bang for your buck it'll be the best deal for you

I'm sure if you search the internet there are quite a few pie hole block lists that are very easy to add.

I mean it's definitely nice but after pensions and taxes and everything else it's probably like an extra $400 a month. Not exactly world shattering but definitely nice.

Shoot for the Tony Starks but don't miss cuz otherwise you'll end up among the Elon musks

Like I get the push more air through your mouth and get louder but my voice never breaks. I just get louder and louder and louder until I can't get louder anymore.

One time a friend of mine was a half a block away in the wrong direction and I screamed their name and they jumped because they said it sounded like I was right behind them talking in my normal voice just very loudly.

But then I listen to singers and they get that raw raspy edge to their voice and my voice doesn't do that.

How do you do that?

Here's the rules:

1: Post something you have never done that you think many people do. 2: Read the other posts, if you have done that thing, upvote it. If you have not done that thing, downvote it. 3: If you believe the person is lying, call them out on it in a reply. 4: If you are called out, give the full story. 4a: If you see a thread containing the full story, boost the person you think is right and truthful.

Person who has the most upvotes when the thread dies wins.

Fuckin magnets man

We'll just all assume that every person who gets this would make themselves early twenties with flawless skin, perfect organs, appendages and functionality, and no excess weight.

My question is, would you change yourself from your genetic baseline, and if so, how?
