You can keep using win10 without security updates, just be smart about it. Have a good firewall, and just use it for gaming and bills or whatever and you'll be fine

By definition you're clean when you use it. If you hang it to dry it's perfectly fine to use more than once

...and GrapheneOS considers my phone end-of-life and support for it will eventually stop. So unless you just got a brand new Pixel... kind of a waste.

Hard disagree. Just because it stops receiving updates doesn't suddenly make it useless
