Picard spent his childhood on an old timey vineyard in France, playing and laughing and picking grapes. Seven spent hers in a maturation tank until she was big enough to be a soldier.
In the episode where the baby alien is nursing off the enterprise (or was that Voyager?) which part of the ship was it suckling? That part is the boobies.

I have a dust pan, like for sweeping, that I keep by the bed, I stick maxi pads to the flat part and use it to catch the barfs. Much easier than moving the horking cat.

To add to that, the Pakleds in the second to last frame are from Next Generation, and also appear in Lower Decks. They’re maddeningly and endearingly dumb, but in a crafty way.
Their main goal in life is to “make things go” so I can see how Kira would be concerned about where this call is going.
