So I loosely followed a couple recipes and combined them. One had the meat and veggies simmer in vegetable stock until it was just about gone and than add a little corn starch slurry to thicken it up and than I added maybe a 1/4 cup of heavy cream.

Slaw goes on cold. At least that's how we always do it. Adds nice contrast.

They did get a touch more done than I was hoping but not burnt. Even the center of the yoke still had a little liquid to it.

It was perfect. Nice and crispy snap. Did a vid on scratching the sugar but it didn't save.

Agreed. Some sandwiches go too much stuff. This just hits all the right spots.

Hope I don't get too much hate as on the old platform I'm sure I would. I think it was still a banable offense.
