Yes, snoring and waking up from a dream where you were suffocating or couldn't breathe for one reason or another. My girlfriend sometimes wakes me up because she thinks I'm choking. It's also worse if you happened to drink that night.
I've had the same thing for years. You should get checked for sleep apnea... I have it but unfortunately the CPAP machines don't let me sleep. I cannot get used to it.
But I sneeze at least 50 times and blow my nose as much for one or two hours after waking up.
The rest of the day my sinuses are clear. I've asked Doctors and haven't gotten any real solutions.
When you request a song through voice (like in your car), it'll default to clean versions of songs. Even if your settings are allowing explicit lyrics.
I had mine set up like that. But it'll default to the clean version if you ask voice to play a song.
My biggest problem is the censure. I'm in my car, "hey google play teenage dirt bag on spotify". Sounds great until the "her boyfriends a dick he brings a [silence]. And he'd simply kick my ass..."

That's why I collect vinyl. Can't change that shit up on my listening it. It's the way it is. If Jay Z wanted to use the N word then I want to hear it like it is. Not some bullshit "jigga" shit wtf is that? Isn't it denying his message?

Define "healthy" economy? Would you say the USA & Europe are "healthy" economies? Would you agree that poverty, a constantly increasing wealth gap and access to affordable housing, medicine and education are some factors that define an economy's "health" ?
