The problem with making things you make free, is that people as a whole are terribly selfish and lazy. They will take anything free and claim them as their own. Individually, tons of people will respect the wishes of original creators, but it only takes 1 single person who doesn't care who will ruin it. The problem is the Internet has billions of 1's. You can ask please don't copy my freely available thing all you want, but it'll never happen. There will always be those that will repost as thier own. From ideas to assets, nothing is sacred when it comes to the masses.

Parents who have experience in both airport security, and trying to get kids to do literally anything.

The standard rules are no refunds for games played more than 2 hrs. The first time you ask for a refund it's handled by an automated system. Ask for a refund again, and an actual staff member will review. So just try again.

It's religion. The truth doesn't matter, only the practices and values they want you to adopt do.

zombo.com was launched in 1999. I remember in high school you'd see the new fancy web kiosk's the school put up just displaying it as a joke. and being locked out of the address bar so you couldn't change it. The fact that this url has been renewed, maintained, and updated with all the advancements web browsers have made in the last 24 years, just to have this useless site still exist amuses me to no end.

You've missed the point. There's no expected commitment, they are both of the same mind. They both feel like it would be ok if it doesn't last. It's because they share the same feelings that they continue to work well together, and the relationship lasts.

This is basically how me and my girlfriend's relationship started off. No pressure, if it's not working we'll call it off and go back to being just friends.

We've been together for 15 some odd years, and we have 2 kids.

Honestly surprised that Tesla allowed him to modify his car without charging him a $30,000 fine or something.

Cool, so YouTube will start putting pop ups that require you to consent to the detection in order to watch videos. That's what everyone did with the whole cookies thing when that was determined to be illegal without consent.

I think it's a mindflyer parasite. If you hear it talking to you, make sure not to listen.

Replace "violent video" with "competitive" and you'll find the same result.

When he wanted to remind us to turn off lights, he'd yell "save electrodes!"

When he was splitting wood with the "kabunger" (splitting maul) he'd yell "katabuungie!" When he swung.

When he'd drop wood on his toe he'd yell "GOTDAMMITSONOFABITCHGRAAH"
