The problem with using AI assisted coding in my experience is that you might save time in the short term, you will spend months sorting through the inefficient and error probe spaghetti to unburden your product from all the AI induced technical debt. Use AI as a research tool or as inspiration for potential solutions, never as a copy/paste type of deal

Well you see my programs Security, Usability and Stability was bad long before Chatgpt was a thing. But I seriously think AI coding is fine for prototyping but otherwise I wanna know what's what, that's the whole reason to code. I also noticed how there are a lot more students failing introductory programming courses nowadays and I assume AI Coding is the culprit behind it, if you don't do it yourself you can't fuck it up and subsequently learn from it.
