I tried Insomnium for a bit, but it went archived over the summer: https://github.com/ArchGPT/insomnium

Been using Bruno ever since and it's great!

This has been my go-to API testing tool ever since Insomnia started forcing users to sign up with an email just to use the program. They stripped the fully-offline model from it and effectively ruined the whole application.

Also, side note--the Flatpak for Bruno is listed as proprietary, but the official GitHub repo contains the MIT license, and the official repo references the Flatpak in the README, so that makes me assume it's an official Flatpak. What gives? Does anyone know?

Per the comment on this issue, the flatpak does indeed contain a proprietary build of Bruno. It is also - despite being unverified - an official package.

Same here. Postman got annoying => Insomnia. Insomnia got annoying => Bruno. Keeping my fingers crossed for no more =>

I've been using this for a while. It's good, lots better than postman's annoying attempts to force you into their cloud nonsense.

I absolutely agree, in combination with git and Bruno-cli you can create really good backend tests😊
