My list is separated into 30 separate categories to help find your area of interest whether it is networking, security, messengers, video editing, education, etc. It is also backed up to the Wayback Machine for future reference.

I update this page as and when something new of interest crosses my path so there are usually bi-weekly or monthly updates.

Ok, we need a federated alternative to Alternativeto.net

You should add Godot underneath programming and next to game-editor.

This might be out of scope for the list, but I thought of it after I saw your response.

Let's add some more

Utilities: https://ninite.com/ - Install and Update All Your Programs at Once

https://www.notion.so - productivity and note-taking web application

https://www.voidtools.com/ - Everything, a Windows search function that actually works

Network https://kubernetes.io/- Kubernetes (if we have Openshift on the list, we should also post the real OG)

https://k8slens.dev/ - Kubernetes IDE

OK have added Kubernetes. The first 3 tho are freeware and not open source. It seems lens only has the core open source for extension development, and the overlaying Desktop Lens product is not actually open source?

The link to Libra is broken

[–] danie10@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 year ago

OK thanks fixed it, but marked it as freemium and not open source.
