I saw a 50 min. documentary by DW about slave labour in China. It seems it's worse than I imagined. They sort of mentioned like two or three other minorities iirc , that were being detained, and ofcourse, everybody who disagrees with the policy of the supreme leader as well.

Yes, that's a very illuminating documentary. DW shows just half of it, the entire film has around 90 minutes and was available at www.arte.tv until three or so weeks ago. Maybe Arte TV puts it online again at a later time.
Will this law ban goods made in the US via forced labor as well?
The EU already has most US foods banned, because their quality is utter shit and they're not suitable even for animal feed.
