This was me but with s-CRY-ed. I downloaded a really high quality encode for the time except the fan subs were awful, bad timings, formatting issues, and misspellings galore. I edited all 26 episodes then watched it. I knew the dialog by heart before ever doing a full episode.

Full anime episode under 6MB? Is that actual wizardry with decent quality (480p~720p video with tolerable loss) or fuckery akin to rmvb in action sequences?
If the anime in question is "the last two episodes of Evangelion", it's quite achievable
