Unless this really just contains interface modifications, I'd assume that any sort of "easy setup" feature is just a way to get users to keep telemetry and ad customization enabled.

I'm starting to think people on here don't even read the articles and just get paranoid about any new thing they add to operating systems

The description does say it contains interference modifications, most notably increasing text size. This seems more like a "(grand)parent mode" preset than just any sort of ruse to keep the data farms running

Well it's called easy pre-set, and the article says it's intended for people who arent good at seeing, or are less technically inclined. It's not incredibly clear what it really does.
