Why!? Are you allergic? Ascetic? Just depressed? Too hard on yourself? Do you live in a food desert for garlic?
I live in a country where garlic bread is uncommon
By uncommon, i mean that i have never even heard its name in my native language and i have no idea what it looks like
Okay, that's fair. I realized after posting my comment that, "I don't like garlic bread" was another obvious possibility I overlooked.
Garlic bread is just toasted bread with melted butter and garlic spread on top. Ideally with cheese and maybe some sauce to dip it in, if you love yourself and enjoy being happy. A pretty common example of what it might look like (they appear to have added a little parsley, I think):
