I'm an adult woman with red hair, and I will correct you. You don't need the "female." Firecrotch is all-gender and all-inclusive. Being a firecrotch ascends gender as a concept.

But if you have to specify, we still don't love "female." "Lady," "woman," or "girl" might serve you better.

Be advised; we are a temperamental lot, and addressing us at all might be detrimental to your health, regardless of terminology.

Seems fine in that sentence. "top 5 hottest women gingers" would've seemed weirder. "Top 5 hottest ginger women" would've worked better.
