I want my day mildly ruined, not completely ruined. Please remember to refrain from reposting old content. If you post a post from reddit it is good practice to include a link and credit the OP. I'm not about stealing content!
It's just good to get something in this website for casual viewing whilst refreshing original content is added overtime.

No, I absolutely have. I've even been tricked by misleading headlines of articles. What I took away from this, after it happened, was that I should RTFA before responding. Still, sometimes, I don't, but usually those responses will just be jokes.
I hate to break it to you, but I spend too much time on lemmy too, and I see your posts all the time. Quite regularly your comments are in response to some false assumption about the article, that clearly came from the headline. It seems to happen far more than "on occasion." Slow down. You don't need to come to an opinion in a flash. Hell, you don't even need to come to an opinion about it at all. If you don't want to take the time to read the article, then that should also indicate to you that you shouldn't rush to an opinion and then take the time to comment on that opinion.
I read the article quite often, but not when I'm warned about the website beforehand being full of spammy crap. I assume if I go through your post history, I will never find any occasions where you jumped to any conclusions, right?
And yes, I get that you want to keep pointing out I post a lot. I'm tired of explaining why. Let's just say it involves my health.

Stop being so offended. You don't need to defend yourself, just grow. Take this as a learning opportunity, rather a reason to circle the wagons. I don't point out how much you post as an insult (as I'm here a lot myself) but only because I see this happening plenty.
Why shouldn't I be offended by someone who suggests I can't think for myself? That sure sounds like an insult to me.
I never said you can't, I said you should do it.
But I get it, this is your little bone now that you are going to latch onto instead of using this as a growing experience. So I'm done.
