It all sounds good until your mortgage increases by 25% in one year due to increasing property taxes and insurance.

I stopped using the dealership when they required paying by typing my card information into their http website. They said they couldn’t take physical cards anymore due to Covid. Then they handed me a pen to sign for the work to get my keys.
The last amendment took over 202 years to get ratified. I’m not sure another amendment can really get passed anytime in the distant future.
