I'm honestly shocked that someone hasn't gone the black market APK route of analyzing the protocols heuristically and then releasing an APK with those protocols on torrent/deep web. Obviously, that's insanely more risky and error prone, but you would find out pretty quick if freestyle modified their protocols, and could patch it within a week or two (maybe). I really wish I was more low-level hardware skilled to know better, or even lend a hand.

I just make shitty SaaS software for a living, what do I know lol

Jesus Christ that sucks nuts... Hopefully in the future the situation improves. Iirc this technology is still early and companies are incompetent

That's literally not going to happen. People are going to do what's convenient, and when grocery stores have already priced out nearly every mom & pop grocer, there is no competition.

And if you open another grocery store, you'll be beaten by market share and economy of scale.

Seriously dude, the "magic hand" of capitalism is busted when you're talking about billions of dollars of force tipping the scales in large corporations' favor.

Have you just not heard of price collusion in the past?

Why not educate someone who is earnestly asking? There is so much information and misinformation, just typing "Biden Israel" into Google and expecting full context is hopeless.

My best guess is that they instead aggregate your data and serve ads based off of basic demographically information - instead of data they've harvested from your Google account. E.g. they'll use your age range, gender, region, etc

I feel like it's more ethnocentric than racist, which is a bit less bad. Some developers have had negative experiences with offshore talent. I've personally had mixed experiences, and some of that comes down to communication issues and experience issues. Sometimes you get an offshore developer who is really skilled, but generally the very skilled developers get their work visa and come to the US.

You also get absolutely garbage developers in the states, but of course nobody ever mentions that. Lol

It literally is just statistics... wtf are you on about. It's all just weights and matrix multiplication and tokenization

I mean even "do the right thing" raises some eyebrows. It's easily interpretable as "do the right thing... For the company"
