Detecting people of color have been issues for a really long time, even dating back to Microsoft Xbox Connect. This is kinda why I dislike cars and self driving cars. Self driving cars are made more and more cost effective with compromises to safety. I feel like the US needs to mandate lidar on anything that has driver assist features. Self driving cars have been in the grey area for too long.

I'm not trying to say we can really ban this but I'm very unhappy about AI porn. Many sex workers are struggling as it is, and with AI people can make non consensual images of anyone which will leave them with the same stigma sex workers have to endure. I'm also not saying that stigma is good.
