I'm 29, and I'm humming and hawing about whether I should try to get diagnosed, especially since the process is so long, and seemingly pretty stressful. I feel like it would do a lot to explain my difficulties in life, but I'm struggling to accept the idea that it could actually be because I have ADHD, rather than just because I'm incompetent and unmotivated.
I literally only learned about my these last night. I think they're interesting, and I'd love to try some out, but they're a bit pricey.
