Bubble burst soon?

If anything, LEDs having MUCH better lifespans than bulbs is saving people.

There are 2 (4 if high beams are separated) incandescent light bulbs in a car without LEDs.
There is at least 1 extra point of redundancy.
Also car light bulbs are made to last longer in automotive environment.

LEDs having better lifespan in a paper. But In real world your mileage may vary.

I'm not against LEDs, but current execution is bad: too bright, too easy to blind other people.

In the Europe we have the regulations, it still sucks. Especially OEM "active-matrix" LEDs.

Helping FreeBSD stay afloat. But maybe there is a license issue from companies point of view: BSD-2-Clause vs. GPL v2.

Poor carmakes, did't want to invest in EVs early enough. Now face chinese rivals.

Maybe they should lobby for a public transport? Start making buses, trams, trains?

(non-native speaker)

Is there a reason why the English language has "special" words for a specific topic, like related to court (plaintiff, defendant, warrant, litigation), elections/voting (snap election, casting a ballot)?

And in other cases seems lazy, like firefighter, firetruck, homelessness (my favorite), mother-in-law, newspaper.

Who’d have thought BoredApe NFTs would be such an actual eyesore?

A veteran crossing guard was struck and killed by a dump truck Friday morning while directing traffic outside of a Queens elementary school, police said.

I'm tired of buying a new 12 V battery every 1-2 years. I have about 4 small (rated ~ 300 W [not VA]) UPSes with 7 Ah, 12 V, maintenance free batteries.

I'm thinking about replacing them with one, powerful unit. But the more powerful the unit, the more it costs - non-linear.

Do you have experience with some DIY solutions? Like 12V DC to 230V AC inverter, battery charger, some UPS controller (simple relay?)?

Or maybe you have some other idea that is cheap(ish)?
