Sync for Reddit was a hugely popular app before reddit practically shut down their api. I used it and missed it a lot, so glad to see it's gotten new life as a lemmy app.

For an enterprise I would suggest working with a nextcloud partner. Unless they have a sizeable internal IT team of course.
