I have audio processing disorder with ADHD, and it has improved a lot on ADHD meds. It might be worth getting evaluated.
ADHD is usually fairly easy to get evaluated for, depending on where you're located. Getting evaluated for autism as an adult is usually much more difficult.

They have disabled the download data button and refuse to provide customers with a copy of their own data. I have been trying to get a copy of my data for over a month and they just tell me they'll consider re-enabling the button in the future.
So hackers can have my info, but I can't have a copy of my own data.
If you click on the 3 bar menu, there's options to show comments or show posts.
If you try saving or removing saves on your instance website, does it work there?
It sounds like trolling because it's so typical of those of us with late diagnoses. We also believed this about ourselves prior to getting evaluated.
I live in a city, and several gynecology offices have closed down in the past year, including several doctors listed in the r/childfree directory.
