Make it mandatory to get extra pay for this extra contact and it would be greatly reduced. I agree that we live in a 24/7 society however that shouldn't be an excuse to make people work off schedule. If you need someone at night then pay that person.

Make it automatic then, why report a crime when you can limit the speed. Cut out the middle man, also defund the police.
It's possible but the cheapest rice cooker is going to be more consistent than a seasoned pro. I can cook rice fairly well without a cooker but 1 out of 10 times it's awful.
