It seems a lot of humans still require it though, that’s the whole problem imho. If everyone was on the same page it would have disappeared or be no more than folklore same for the rest of legends and such like.

Sometimes establishing a precedent with a weaker party is a good strategy though. It even went as far as litigating known parties for piracy issues. Anything is fair game to some actors.
