15 minutes from booting the ISO to a Plasma installation is probably average. There are probably people who've done speed runs in 5 minutes. archinstall has gotten so good.

I used this month's installer and saw a couple things I hadn't noticed in last month's version. First, where previously I'd used, systemd-boot, now there's a default choice of grub which I haven't used in years and limine which I'd never heard of. Also, the installer picked up my Yubikey as an HSM token.

Worst summer (so far). This coming summer will be a shocker. They'll just keep getting worse.

I work in government and spend all day remoting into judges', prison officers', and social workers' PCs. The most sensitive material you can imagine and all of it on windows.
