I have been working with golang the past few weeks. Seems like it is getting more adopted. Lots of our 1.8 Java apps are being rewritten in Go. Still have some die hard Java fans, but most teams are looking at other languages.

Ok so when she gets home she isn't responsible for anything around the house?

I hated Shadow of Mordor when I got it. It was Linux native so I had to try it. Played past the return time so it sat in my library for a while. Got bored and tried it again. Didn't really care for the story but the gameplay was awesome. I have SoW to try, but no real motivation currently

Yeah one of the guys I work with has a 4-5 month old. He came back to work a few weeks ago and Mom is still on maternity leave. He made the comment that because he is working 100% of the child care is done by mom. He has to work so she can has to everything for the kid.

I just said. Wtf and walked away. That is no way to be a father

Your niece will love it if you 'scale to print volume' (in prusa & super slicer)

Did an articulated dragon on an ender 5 plus. It is over 4 foot long. My daughter loves it

I am the same way but I get hell from the wife for purchasing something that isn't being used. So now I have a table full of articulated dragons, and a wife asking why I have so many....

Garuda. Looked pretty and tried it for a day or two and noped out. Went back to Manjaro before I figured out how to install Arch without the installer

I have been using an all AMD system for years on Linux and haven't had any issues. Some coworkers with Nvidia graphics said it was a nightmare. So it must be the AMD drivers

seems like a git gui project. but I am still not 100% sure if that is the correct answer

I was on a Microsoft systems admin/engineer path for a while and an opportunity opened for a KVM/XEN engineer and I was the one only person in my office to accept the offer. That was back in the RHEL/CentOS 4 days.

After playing around a bit I got hooked and haven't gone back down the MS path since then.

I have 2 PCs running Arch currently. My SBC is running Ubuntu but that is just a print service for my 3d printer. I have a few Ubuntu & Fedora vns for testing and self study
