Those people never read Lenin's "Left Wing Communism: an Infantile Disorder" apparently.

He got hopped up on coke and booze and tried to kill a random driver with one of his beloved guns and they ran him down.

I understand, my brother only ever fucked over everyone else except me (probably because he knew what would happen) and it was an ever frustrating thing. I miss him but I think it's for the best that he isn't around to do more damage.

They try to make it equivalent so they can classify people who smash windows in protest as "violent criminals" in order to increase the penalties which is a complete mischaracterization. If the act of vandalism has knock on effects then those are separate from the act itself and should be dealt with separately.

Then your act of vandalism/sabotage would have effects that harms people. Is this so difficult for you to understand? SMH.

My brother was a sociopath, unsuccessful in business but a user and abuser.

Yeah I got called a bootlicker because of saying that business as usual was far better than the unmitigated disaster we are facing now. I hate being proven right.

I don't consider property destruction "violence". Violence for me can only occur if there is a nervous system involved. Defining it otherwise seems a bit disingenuous, imo. Vandalism is not the same as an act against a person or animal.

Property damage is not violence against civilians.

I remember her from WAY before being VP, and they aren't good memories. California, late 80s, early 90s. Prosecuting sex workers, many of them trans. The Three Strikes law was the love of her life back when the Senator from Mastercard (how many remember that nickname?) was wasting Congress' time with steroids in baseball.

Don't forget when he helped clear homeless camps with the cops.Been garbage since he was mayor of SanFran with an equally garbage DA. Remember those days? I do. Three Strikes disproportionately harmed people of color and sex workers, especially the trans ones, by design.
