I've started reading The Culture novels by Iain M. Banks. It's space opera on a much larger scale than The Expanse, but I'm thoroughly entertained .

In Denmark it's on plastic, aluminum, glass, pretty much anything that can be recycled.

I had a friend about 25 years ago who was very much into Quake Arena. His gaming setup ran on BSD. It's the same in Denmark, I wonder if it's a Northern European thing? I think Poland is mostly Catholic whereas Denmark is Lutheran protestant, so it's not just denomination.

Totally. I always think of this when people say Muslims overreact about drawings of their prophet or people burning their holy book. There were protests in the streets and famous Catholics like Pesci and Madonna attacked O'Connor in the press. Madonna, it seemed, was even more frustrated because this thing completely removed the attention from her new album that came out around the same time.

Edit: Madonna playing the prude was a nice touch.

Is this what happened with Russell Brand? I just heard he was a sexual predator, not that it was schoolgirls. It's insane that the BBC didn't get any wiser after Saville. It should be easy: don't hire known pervs and definitely don't let them use your stuff to abuse children.
