SSH + Termux is one option. X-plore for Android is a good file manager with a bunch of options for transferring files over a network.

That's great for mobile. Desktop I don't like using piped.video because it's ugly and slow so I just grab link from there then use yt-dlp + mpv.

That's a great idea. I don't know of any manufacturers floating this, but I really like the idea of two USB C ports.
