I mean, arguably, the president has little to no control over these things. It's primarily congress and they have been the least productive congress in a long long time.

My grandma is 101 now and it's crazy the life she must be living. All her friends are dead. Her husband died 45yrs ago. Her siblings are all dead. She's essentially outlived any peer she's ever had, which is depressing to think about

What I'm trying to say is, depends on what you consider lucky

Without late fees there is no incentive to pay on time. I don't understand the rationale to remove them entirely, though regulating maximums makes sense.
