as the other lemming said, on Android LibreTorrent works great

just wanted to add something that might be off topic but since you mention Linux ISOs: EtchDroid

with it you can create a Linux bootable flash drive straight from your Android device. i use a small USB-A + USB-C pen drive that connects on one end to my desktop and on the other to my phone. has saved me from my linux fails several times :D

btw, you can get both apps on F-Droid

LibreTorrent (https://gitlab.com/proninyaroslav/libretorrent) is popular.

FrostWire (https://github.com/frostwire/frostwire) is also open source, not as popular as LibreTorrent though it does have other features built in (torrent search for example).

Both are also in the Android Play Store though you may want to install the .apk directly if you need the app to have full access to your Android storage.

Seconding LibreTorrent, works great for all my mobile torrenting needs

Use a cheap seedbox. SFTP for transfer. Some seed boxes are under $5 per month, so the time and hassle you’ll save will be cheap and worth it if you’re sure you want to go with a torrent instead of direct download.
