Obviously not going to subscribe to the platform, but does anyone know a site doing us all the service of collecting and reposting his posts?

If I knew of one, I would say nothing as why would I want to expose anyone else to that?

Why would I want to be responsible for increasing his reach?

Because it can be educational to keep track of his lies. His Twitter archive was a very useful resource in making arguments against him.

Really? The point of his constant lying is to tie you up by trying to refute them, meanwhile he and his followers have moved on to the next one.

They don't believe the bullshit and are not actually arguing, they are just using the constant stream to crap to tie you in intellectual knots.

If you can't beat them with logic, baffle them with bullshit.
