What happened after you tip though?
Nothing other than supporting the software developer that maintains this app. Their time and talent deserves support.
The bridge crew all fall out of their seats, some consoles explode and one ensign will have to go to sick bay with burns on their- oh. Oooh, nevermind.
You get the satisfaction of supporting someone whose work you enjoy

All I got were a sparkler & a black snake which left a stain on my concrete.
