How are these books delivered/viewed? DRMed epub or PDFs or through one of the websites?

You download them directly from thr Humble bundle website. They appear to be DRM free.
They are all available in PDF but only some are available in all formats, and the rest are either only PDF and MOBI or PDF and ePUB, if that matters to you

Software architecture is the skill that I don’t have and I bought that bundle. Some books are unrelated to my job (like micro services) but it looks great.
Even if you don’t work with microservices, but with traditional monolithic applications, you might find some of the base principles useful, as they applies quite universally.
I hadn't bought a bundle in a long time, maybe I just don't remember it being that bad, but really? Even with the "extra to charity" preset, the charity gets less than Humble themselves? That's kind of gross.
You can do a custom distribution. It does look like Humble takes a 30% cut minimum now though.
I paid $30 for the full bundle and only $1.50 went to the charity. I'm not sure what percentage is above the cost of the material, but I wish I knew I could have changed the distribution to favor the charity more.
