I am a Canadian living on disability assistance. I'm in a dilapidated house full of cocaine addicts who party several times a week. I feel lucky to have found a place I can afford, many other disabled Canadians are less fortunate. The Liberal government promised to end disabled poverty with new legislation. It ended up being a fifth of what's required to actually let us live at the poverty line and will reach only half of those who need it. Typical Liberal checkbox politics.
