Pretending not to notice that fat people are fat is unique to Western culture.

Nobody in Africa would see a problem with this. I bet Asia is the same.

I don't know about unique, but you're right, it's not universal. In some cultures it's not seen as a bad thing, either, because there's recent memory of famine being a regular thing.

The title is missleading. To be fair the cameraman was almost 30, ancient by the Lama’s standards. A 7 year old in attendance got a sloppy kiss though. Balance
