What an ingenius way to serve the customer less icecream!
Soft serve doesn't have the structural integrity to allow for that large a serving on a cone by itself. The alternative is less ice cream in a much smaller volume.
I also enjoy getting some cone crunch from the top half of the treat, that looks really good imo
Its probably a single scoop dumped upside down. No real loss just more cone.
