And of a woman who was kicked out of a right wing student association for being too racist (or rather, too clumsily racist at a time then they still felt beholden to news reports and a paper-thin veneer of decency).
Why should he care when there are no consequences? Becoming a supreme Court Justice is a license to steal and a license to break the law however you see fit. They are above the law.

Good luck forcing a Supreme Court justice out of office lol. Others were practically begging Taft to resign as he was physically and mentally falling apart, but Taft was just like "lol no, Hoover's a filthy fucking bolshevik" until he resigned a year later and then died next month
