They Swiss Loophole. "We're neutral."
If you tolerate the intolerant, you'll frequently end up on the wrong side of history.
Doesn't matter if you aren't remembered for it. Just think about their cooperation with Germany regarding Jews in ww2.
populist bullshit vote, enforced by the party profiting the most from dealing with all kind of criminals and warlords.
It isn't bullshit. Imagine the US had made a free and open vote before invading Iraq. Or Russias held a free and open vote before invading Ukraine (one can dream right?). We might have avoided both those invasions.
If the Swiss choose to constitutionalize this, it is beneficial for everyone. The non neutral countries know that they cannot do business with Switzerland regarding any weapons or military equipment. They know that Switzerland might still give warring enemies access to funds, so Switzerland can be blocked from international currencies and the borders can be controlled extensively by the EU, if the need arises.
If we manage to get past the rich tax evaders lobbies we can finally start to treat Switzerland properly and make it more difficult for criminals to hide their money in Switzerland.
They did the same with the earlier nazis too, so not a big surprise. Perhaps their vaults are full of russian gold already.

Wont allow for reexport of its weapons. Sounds like a good reason to stop buying them.
Switzerland is in for some real pain the next few years with a lot of their treatys with the EU expiring, and one side or the other refusing renewal, they might want to consider trying to be likeable at some point. Sure they have a strong economy, but thats only as long as their neighbors continue to tolerate them, if trade barriers and tighter banking rules pop up they might be in for some real hurt in the wallet... The only pain the swiss care about.
