The neutral redrawing of districts in my home state of Michigan has made a transformational difference for both local and national politics. I really hope Wisconsin can do the same.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.

9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

I don't know if there is a political battle more important than this one is right now. It could literally decide the next election.
Especially now that Biden is doing his best to lose Michigan by alienating the considerable Muslim population there..
The joys of states with constant democrat governor's but Republican legislatures from gerrymandered as fuck districts.
Democrats filed their latest lawsuit the day after the Wisconsin Supreme Court flipped to majority liberal control in August after the election win by Justice Janet Protasiewicz. Her vote was the difference maker in the 4-3 December ruling tossing the Republican maps.
WHAT CAN REPUBLICANS DO?
Republicans are running out of options to stop the lines from being redrawn. They argued Protasiewicz shouldn’t hear the lawsuit because she said during her campaign that the GOP-drawn maps were “rigged” and “unfair.” But she did not recuse herself. Now Republicans are talking about raising that issue, and others, in an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court alleging due process violations.
Poor argument of Republicans even by the Republican standard, but then again SCOTUS is hypocritical at the moment.
