To be fair, I initially wanted to comment about how clever you were because even most Americans would forget about the Ozarks being in the way, but then I checked a map and realized they were too far west.

There are two locations: Fort Wayne, IN and an ocean. Of the paths between Fort Wayne and an ocean, the ones people are most likely to think of (e.g. from the Atlantic or the Pacific) involve crossing mountains, but others (e.g. from the Gulf of Mexico or Hudson Bay) do not.
