Figured it'd be nice to have a spot to talk about this. Link is to the upcoming direct on their channel.

People can also post articles after the fact, I don't think our community is so active that I worry about clogging the feed. But we'll see. I'm excited!

Donkey Kong Country's Donkey Kong wasn't actually the Donkey Kong from Donkey Kong. I kinda hope this redesign is gonna be justified by saying he's a third one.

The donkey kong wer'e all familiar with is the third one. DK 1/Cranky is from Donkey Kong (the one with Jumpman/Mario). DK jr from Donkey Kong Jr. DK III is from Country onwards

I don’t count Jr because he has a Jr in his name. The other two are just Donkey Kong.
