The worry with TikTok is around wiretapping, it’s around collecting micro targeting data, the using that data to target people with politically censored content streams and or propaganda.

The algo id why people like TikTok, and targeting is key to making that work.

You can ban micro targeting people to sneak in political propaganda, but it’s too hard to detect. Which is why they passed a law that removes the party that would benefit from the political propaganda.
